CHUKKERS FOR CHARITY
Saturday, September 7, 2024
We are delighted that you are joining us for the 28th annual Chukkers for Charity Polo Event. We want to pass on some logistical information for you to share with your guests prior to the event.
Schedule
1:00 pm -Gate Open for Tailgaters
2:00 pm - Gate Open for VIP Patrons
2:45 pm - Opening Ceremonies & Flag Presentation
3:00 pm - Polo Match Begins
Halftime
6:15 pm – Trophy Presentation
Arrival and Parking
The gates will open at 1:00 pm to allow you plenty of time to get set up. Only one car will be allowed to park at each Tailgate spot and the others will be directed to park nearby. Please carpool as much as possible to keep cars to a minimum.
For Rideshare
Rideshare vehicles should follow the signs for Tailgate Entrance and Rideshare for drop off and pick up. Guests for Tailgate will be shuttled by golf cart to Tailgate Check-in.
Check-In
Ask your guests to check in UNDER YOUR NAME to ensure a speedy and easy process. Your guests will receive wristbands when they check in and be directed to your assigned tailgate tent.
Other Reminders
- Décor & attire theme are Return to Rustic Ranch
- No oversized vehicles (Box Trucks)
- Children are welcome, please supervise at all times.
- We recommend wearing flat, comfortable shoes the parking and tent areas are sometimes uneven.
- Please leave your pets at home; they will love you more when you return, and we will have plenty of animals for you to enjoy at the event. No pets are allowed on the property or in vehicles.
Departure
Keep in mind that outbound traffic is not allowed until after 3:30pm, once the incoming traffic has ceased. All tailgate attendees must be off the property by 7:00pm.
Rochelle Center, Saddle Up! and Riverview Farm will follow CDC guidelines and local laws and restrictions for the enhanced safety of our staff, volunteers and guests. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. By attending Chukkers for Charity, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID.
